How It Works

Stic-it® on the Vehicle

It's quick and easy to begin using your Stic-it®. All you have to do is rotate the mounting clip onto the level part of a window (usually the rear window) and slide the signl onto the pole. Place the signl on the back side of the stop so that the sign freely rotates toward the back of the vehicle.  If you mount it on the front side, no worries.  You will hear a noticeable click sound as the sign adjusts position when the vehicle moves forward in the 20 to 30 MPH range. Before driving, lock the window control switch to avoid mistakenly lowering the window and losing your Stic-it®.

Note:  If your car has rain guards, Stic-it® will not clip onto the windows.

What to Expect

A unique combination of angles, shapes and mounting energizes patented Stic-it® with an attention-getting rotating motion. This rotation will vary based on vehicle type and slope of the road.  Vehicle speed and wind direction & speed will also affect rotation. The mounted Stic-it® will look like Image-A on most vehicles; like Image-B where windows are angled to a higher degree; and like Image-C where windows are closer to vertical.

Sign Decal Material

Decals mounted on Stic-it® signs are matte finish UV, rain and ice resistant material.  They endure in the sun and seawater on container ships passing BS5609. If they can pass this test, it’s more than ready for the highway.

Window Thickness - Version 3.0
