Stic-it Terms, Conditions, Refunds

Welcome to Stic-it, a dba owned and operated by FANASit LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.GetSticit.com  (the "Site") and the purchase of products or services through our e-commerce platform hosted on Wix. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

We ship to the regions specified in our Shipping Policy. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

4.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within  30 days] of receipt, subject to our Return Policy.  Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

5.2 Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, are non-returnable unless received defective or damaged.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hartfield, Virginia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class actions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
